Replacement of missing teeth with conservative fixed bridges
A 55 year-old patient had lost 2 of his front lower teeth due to gum disease. He could not afford dental implants and he did not want to grind the adjacent teeth in order to receive a conventional fixed bridge. The teeth were restored with a conservative resin-bonded fixed bridge which requires only minimum or no grinding of the adjacent teeth.
